What certifications does your company have?
Our quality management team is second-to-none, continually improving upon process effectiveness by addressing risks and identifying opportunities to further ensure accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Not only are we ISO 9001 certified, but we are also AS 9100 compliant and conform to FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) as defined for food handling and packaging.
What’s your average time to get a quote to me?
While every part and project is different, we strive to turn quotes around in 48 hours.
How long will it take to see a prototype?
Our goal is to meet the needs of your project, from prototyping to production. Once we review your project, we will advise the best possible prototype delivery.
Where is your tooling produced?
The vast majority of our tooling is produced in-house. Only in unusual cases do we go outside for any tooling production.
What kind of warehousing programs do you offer?
With our extensive warehouse space and logistics capabilities, we can tailor a warehousing/managed inventory program that meets your needs.
Do you engage outside designers?
We pride ourselves on our highly experienced design engineers. We have a history of being able to meet and exceed the needs of our customers with our in-house resources, and that continues to be our goal. If a situation does arise that warrants a call for outside design resources, we will certainly use those services.
What is your usual lead time for an order?
There is no “usual” lead time for an order. We are a custom house and we strive to understand and meet the needs of our customers on every project and/or order.
