Our plant is equipped to meet the demands of the various markets we support. We produce the highest quality thermoformed parts, from thin-gauge to heavy-gauge, across a broad range of sizes, geometries, and materials.
To meet this demand, we employ highly skilled and experienced operators and supervisors who have been with us an average of 15 years, many of whom came to us with substantial prior experience in the industry. Everyone takes part in continuous job training and is fully versed in our ISO 9001 quality program requirements.
Four roll-fed thermoforming machines for thin-gauge inline production, including pressure forming capability.
Our roll-fed machines produce thin-gauge parts between .005″ to .090″ thick with a depth of draw up to 4″ with a 30″ x 36″ footprint. Each machine features quick-change tooling to maximize production efficiency to meet your delivery requirements.
Roll-fed machines, which form and die-cut in one process, are ideal for producing thin-gauge trays, clamshells, POP displays, and other custom packaging and functional parts.

Our routers perform finishing on parts requiring precision trimming and drilling.
Our CNC routers include:
- One 3-axis single table 60″ x 120″
- One 5-axis twin table for 60″ x 120″ or single table 120″ x 120″
- Two 5-axis single table 60″ x 120″
- One 5-axis twin table for 60″ x 60″or single table 60″ x 120v
Four CNC machining centers, max x/y/z = 55″ x 28″ x 24″.
CNC machining centers produce our prototypes and master patterns for tools made of composite or aluminum. In-house pattern production means lower cost prototypes and tools, control of quality, and improved production coordination.
Seven sheet fed heavy-gauge thermoforming machines for vacuum and pressure forming.
Our sheet fed thermoforming machines are generally used for larger parts with wall thickness up to .500″ starting thickness. These machines are ideal for producing rigid parts used in aerospace, medical, consumer, mechanical component, POP display, and recreational products.
Our heavy-gauge machines include:
- Three 5′ x 8′ rotary machines with a maximum 36″ draw
- One 3′ x 5′ rotary machine with a maximum 18″ draw
- One 4′ x 6′ rotary machine with a maximum 18″ draw
- One 9′ x 11′ pressure forming rotary machine with a maximum 36″ draw
- One 3′ x 3′ pressure forming shuttle machine with a maximum 15″ draw

Fusion3 F306 extrusion printer for fast and efficient prototypes.
Our 3D printer can provide a proof of concept prototype without having to go through the usual tooling process. This allows you and us to see how the design fits your needs and the ability to make updates before moving to full production.
Custom built Titan Robotics Atlas additive manufacturing 3D printer
The custom built Titan Robotics Dual head Extrusion System has a 50″ x 50″x 54″ build area and includes one Filament Extruder and one Pellet Extruder.
Mastiff High Flow Filament Extruder and Hot End:
Titan’s high flow filament extrusion system capable of reaching 3x flow rates (compared to Bulldog extruders andE3D hot ends) averaging one pound per hour. The High Flow Mastiff Extruder and High Flow hot end use Yaskawa 200W servo motors. Uses 2.85mm filament.
Pellet Extrusion System:
Custom extruder that utilizes raw resin pellets in place of filament extrusion to allow for high flow, large aperture 3D printing. Extruder is powered by a Yaskawa servo drive and uses an automatic vacuum feed to load pellets into the hopper. Compatible on all Atlas model 3D printers in either an open air or heated enclosed environment.
This printer is a heavy duty industrial grade CNC machine with a welded and precision machined steel frame. It is designed with high quality electronics and precision components on all linear axes for maximum speed, accuracy, and reliability. The machine is capable of designated feed rates per axis with an X, Y repeatability of ± .005″.
